Ant McPartlin and Lisa Armstrong officially ended their 11-marriage last week.
Strictly Come Dancing makeup artist Lisa was granted a divorce on the grounds of adultery.
Since Ant announced the pair were parting ways in January, Lisa has unexpectedly gained a celebrity status.
With this has come a wealth of support from her considerably-larger social media following.
“Major girl code breach”
The 41-year-old is often “liking” supportive tweets from her fans, telling Lisa to “stay strong” and “hold her head up high”.
However, since the divorce was announced, some of her supporters’ tweets have taken a decidedly more unsavoury tone.
Keen to stand by Lisa, some of her followers have taken aim at Ant, 42, and his girlfriend Anne-Marie Corbett.
It was reported by The Sun over the weekend that Lisa had been issued a warning over her responding to tweets slamming her and Ant’s former PA Anne-Marie.
It is unknown as to who issued the legal warning.
But she was seemingly ignoring it today, as she “liked” yet another savage comment by one of her 139k followers.
The tweet, which was part of a thread read: “[I] never suggested someone stay with anyone if they don’t want to.
“The healthy thing to is separate. The unhealthy thing to do is start shacking up with your wife’s friend. That’s not ok in any circumstances.
“Major girl code breach.”
The Sun claimed Lisa felt “angry and hurt” by the legal warning.
A source told the publication: “It’s getting increasingly bitter… Lisa feels so angry and hurt.
“She was inundated with supportive comments on social media.
“She liked some posts but she didn’t expect a legal warning.
“Lisa feels Ant must have been behind the warning, or at least have knowledge of it, and feels very let down by him.”
Daily Star Online has contacted representatives for Lisa and Ant for comment.
