The Coronation Street star has her hands full at the moment, celebrating the birth of her very first grandchild last month.
But in between grandma duties, Kym Marsh somehow still found the time to squeeze in a workout this week.
The 43-year-old doesn’t need the gym to stay in shape – instead, she knows how to work up a sweat without leaving the house.
Sharing a post-workout selfie with her followers, the actress put her super-toned figure front and centre in a skintight sports bra.
She said: “Excuse the red face and the sweaty top but hey… no one looks pretty when kicking their own a**!”
The soap star, who played Michelle Connor before leaving the show earlier this year, added: “Couldn’t get to the gym so at home workout for me!”
She finished with the hashtag “no excuses”, making it clear that her impressive six-pack is the result of hard work and dedication.
Later that day, the former Hear’Say singer shared a snap of an adorable denim jacket that had been tailor-made for her brand new grandson.
It featured his name embroidered across the back in red lettering, arching over a cartoon rocket.
Her daughter Emilie Cunliffe, 22, gave birth to the Teddy Archie David Hoszowsky on May 3, much to the delight of his doting grandma.
Kym was present at the birth, making sure to offer her daughter support every step of the way.
New-mum Emilie named the baby after Kym’s late son, who tragically passed away in 2009.
Heartbreakingly, as he was born 18 weeks prematurely, he only survived for a few minutes after his birth.
Speaking to OK! magazine, Kym opened up about her reaction to her daughter’s choice of name for baby Teddy.
She said: “When I found out his name, I burst into floods of tears.”
Before adding: ”But now Archie lives on in Teddy’s name. Having a baby boy in the house with Archie’s name as part of his means the world to me.”
