"I would contend that there's a very strong case to be made for starting a process with the North Koreans earlier rather than later," said Suzanne DiMaggio, a senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. President Donald Trump had initially stalled on hitting the NATO ally with sanctions, even though Turkey's purchase of the missile system violated U.S. sanctions law. Dec. 10 (UPI) -- Israel and Morocco have agreed to normalize relations, the Trump administration announced on Thursday. With the deal, Morocco is the fourth Arab country to normalize relations with Israel since the summer, after the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Sudan.
