April 1 (UPI) -- Former Los Angeles Rams and Denver Broncos running back C.J. Anderson agreed to a contract with the Detroit Lions on Monday. Sources told the NFL Network and ESPN that Anderson agreed to a one-year deal with the Rams. Financial terms of the contract weren't disclosed.
