A police officer who fatally shot a fleeing black man in the back last week in Atlanta, Georgia, will be charged with murder and assault, officials say.Garrett Rolfe, who has already been fired, faces 11 charges related to Rayshard Brooks' death. Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Garth Brooks won the top prize of Entertainer of the Year at the Country Music Association Awards show in Nashville on Wednesday. Kacey Musgraves was named Female Vocalist of the Year and Maren Morris' Girl earned the Album of the Year honor. Luke Combs took home the statuettes for Male Vocalist of the Year and Song of the Year for "Beautiful Crazy." Old Dominion was voted Vocal Group of the Year and Dan + Shay won the Vocal Duo of the Year accolade.
