May 21 (UPI) -- The Golden State Warriors advanced to the NBA Finals for the fifth straight year with a 119-117 overtime victory Monday night to sweep the Portland Trail Blazers. The Warriors became the first team since the Boston Celtics (1957-66) to reach five consecutive NBA Finals, due in large part to the combined performances of Warriors star point guard Stephen Curry and forward Draymond Green. Curry and Green each registered triple-doubles, becoming the first teammates in NBA history to have triple-doubles in the same playoff game. "We've been here before. We've seen everything. May 8 (UPI) -- Golden State Warriors stars Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry took turns throwing full-court passes to each other in the first half Wednesday night. Curry grabbed a rebound off a deflection from Warriors forward Draymond Green and found Durant with a long outlet pass in the first quarter. Durant, who outran Rockets star James Harden, capped the dish with a two-handed dunk. Later in the second quarter, Durant returned the favor with a deep heave down the court to Curry. Green again swatted a rebound, which fell into Durant's hands. Curry handled the pass and went up for a reverse layup with Rockets guard Austin Rivers behind him. Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Golden State Warriors star point guard Stephen Curry showed off his range again Monday night against the Indiana Pacers.Curry brought the ball up the court just before halftime and drained a 27-footer at the buzzer. The standout guard ignored a Pacers defender and used a swift side-step to create separation. Curry elevated and made the deep three close to the Pacers' logo at center court of Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The Warriors led the Pacers 69-48 at the end of the first half. Golden State shot 59.6 percent (28-of-47) from the field, including 50 percent from three. Curry scored 23 points on 9-of-10 shooting in the first half.
