Alec Baldwin is asking for a lawsuit filed by the parents and sister of Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins to be dismissed by a judge.In court documents filed on Thursday, the actor said Olga Solovey, Anatolii Androsovych, and Svetlana Zemko filed the suit to "obtain compensation" following Ms Hutchins's death in October 2021.
