The early eclipse weather forecast looks best in the West and least in the East with patchy clouds muddling up the picture in between. As of Friday, the forecast for Monday's total solar eclipse shows Oregon and Idaho as the most promising for clear sky views, while South Carolina is the most likely to find the sun and moon blocked by clouds. The National Weather Service also is optimistic about good viewing from St. Louis to Nashville, but forecasts can change. Aug. 17 (UPI) -- Striker Luis Suarez will miss at least one month after suffering a knee injury in Barcelona's 2-0 loss Wednesday to Real Madrid.The news is yet another hit to Barcelona's attack, as the squad lost Neymar earlier this month when he transferred to Paris Saint-Germain.The Uruguayan has a "distension in the posterior articular capsule in his right knee," according to the team website.Barcelona defender Gerard Piqué is also doubtful for the team's next game against Betis because of a groin strain.Suarez's injury was confirmed Thursday after medical tests. He suffered the injury in the second half of El Clásico in the Santiago Bernabeu. At least 76 police officers were injured when violent protesters clashed with police on Thursday in the streets of Hamburg, Germany, where this week's G-20 summit is set to take place, police said. Three of the officers are being treated at the hospital, police said. One of the injured officers suffered an eye wound after a firecracker exploded in their face. In addition, a police officer and one official were attacked near a fish market in the St. Pauli neighborhood, Hamburg police said in a press release.
