May 6 (UPI) -- People with disabilities are among the hardest hit by the coronavirus pandemic, U.N. Director General Antonio Guterres said Wednesday, stating the inequalities they already experience are being further exacerbated by COVID-19. Roughly 1 billion people worldwide live with disabilities and are already suffering from hindered access to education, healthcare and income opportunities as well as are at heightened risk of violence, neglect and abuse, he said, unveiling a new report recommending an integrated approach aimed at ensuring people with disabilities are not forgotten amid governments' COVID-19 response and recovery plans. ORLANDO, Fla., April 21 (UPI) -- SpaceX plans to launch its seventh Starlink satellite cluster from Florida at 3:37 p.m. EDT Wednesday amid restrictions during the coronavirus pandemic. The Falcon 9 rocket is prepared for lift off from Launch Complex 39A at Kennedy Space Center. The planned launch has an hourlong period for same-day delays, according to the U.S. Space Force weather forecast window. The weather is expected to be 90 percent favorable for a launch, according to a Space Force forecast. Thursday is a backup day in case of problems. The launch will add 60 more Starlink satellites to SpaceX's constellation, boosting the number to 422 -- by far the largest known satellite network. Donald Trump has revealed plans to allow British passengers trapped on a coronavirus-infected cruise ship where four people have died to return home.More than 200 UK nationals have been left stranded after an outbreak of COVID-19 on the Zaandam cruise ship, which has been refused permission to dock in the US.
