The former chief executive of Saga, the over-50s insurance and travel provider, is to stage a stunning comeback as part of a £150m capital-raising to shore up its coronavirus-hit balance sheet.Sky News has learnt that Sir Roger de Haan, who sold Saga for £1.3bn in 2004, is to inject up to £100m into the company in return for a stake of close to 20%. Taiwan and China dispatched ships to monitor the passage, with China sending a type 052D guided missile destroyer and Taiwan dispatching a Cheng Kung class guided-missile frigate, Taiwan English News reported. The annual event, this year named WESTLANT 19, will be conducted on the east coast of the United States. The British ships will also visit Canada on the four-month tour.
