Teleconferencing software Zoom has confirmed a partial outage impacting video meeting and webinars on Monday.According to the company's status page, it is "in the process of deploying a fix across our cloud. Service has been restored already for some users. We are continuing to roll this out to complete the fix for any users still impacted". Zoom earlier confirmed it had "identified the issue causing users to be unable to authenticate to the Zoom website and unable to start and join Zoom meetings and webinars" - although it did not disclose what the issue is.According to the website Down Detector, which collects social media complaints about service issues, the reports began shortly after noon UK time.Users in the UK and US appear to be complaining more often than others.
