
North Korea's top diplomat likens Trump speech to 'dogs barking'
Sept. 20 (UPI) --North Korea's top diplomat slammed U.S. President Donald Trump's speech on Wednesday after arriving in New York to attend the 72nd session of the United Nations General Assembly.Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho, who is expected to deliver a keynote address to the assembly on Friday, likened Trump's United Nations speech to the "sound of dogs barking," Yonhap reported.Ri initially stayed tight-lipped after landing at John F.
