Jeep rolls out high-end Wagoneer after 30-year absence

March 11 (UPI) -- Jeep on Thursday rolled out the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer after a nearly 30-year hiatus as it entered a crowded SUV field. Built in suburban Detroit, the Wagoneer brand hopes to make its mark with its premium settings. Prices for the vehicle start at $ 57,995 for the basic Wagoneer with the Grand Wagoneer starting at $ 86,995. A fully loaded Grand Wagoneer Series III will top out at $ 111,000. Deer-like species found in Vietnam after 30-year absence

Nov. 12 (UPI) -- With the help of camera traps, researchers have rediscovered a deer-like species called the silver-backed chevrotain in Vietnam. The species, Tragulus versicolor, sometimes called the Vietnamese mouse-deer, hadn't been seen since the 1990s. Scientists with Global Wildlife Conservation, the Southern Institute of Ecology and Leibniz Institute for Zoo and Wildlife Research announced the species' rediscovery this week in the journal Nature Ecology and Evolution. March 4 (UPI) -- San Francisco Giants CEO Larry Baer is taking a leave of absence after a video was released Friday showing a public altercation with his wife. The video -- released by TMZ -- showed the Giants executive grabbing a cellphone from his wife's hands while the couple was at a park. Baer's wife, Pam, eventually fell to the ground while screaming.
