Reliance Capital’s total outstanding debt rises to Rs 20,380 crore

NEW DELHI: Reliance Capital Ltd (RCL), part of Anil Ambani-promoted Reliance Group, has said the total outstanding debt rose to Rs 20,379.71 at the end of December 2020. The total debt, including interest, stood at Rs 19,805.7 crore on August 31, 2020. Total financial indebtedness of the listed entity, including short-term and long-term debt and accrued interest, was Rs 20,379.71 crore at the end of December 2020, Reliance Capital said in a regulatory filing on Thursday. The principal amount due to HDFC Ltd is Rs 523.98 crore and to Axis Bank Rs 100.63 crore, RCL said. The total amount of outstanding borrowings from banks and financial institutions works out to Rs 700.76 crore, including accrued interest up to December 31, the company added. April 21 (UPI) -- Washington Capitals forward T.J. Oshie underwent successful surgery on a fractured right clavicle, the team announced Sunday. The team said Oshie is out indefinitely due to the injury. Sources told the Washington Post that Oshie is "almost certain" to miss the remainder of the Stanley Cup playoffs after he had surgery Friday. Carolina Hurricanes forward Warren Foegele boarded Oshie during the third period of Game 4 in the first-round series Thursday. Oshie remained on the ice for several minutes after the hit. He eventually went to the locker room, clutching his right arm. Foegele received a minor penalty for the hit. Oshie didn't play during the Capitals' 6-0 win over the Hurricanes on Saturday. Oshie recorded career highs in goals (33) and plus/minus rating (plus-28) to go along with 23 assists in 68 games last season for the Presidents' Trophy-winning Capitals.
