NEW DELHI: Delhiites can now fill a form online to book an appointment with a mobile sahayak to avail doorstep delivery of services. Keeping in mind the huge rush on 1076 call centre number, the government has created a link on its website where an applicant can fill a form with his details and submit it. “The call centre executive will call back on the phone number given in the form and fix an appointment. It will help those who complain that they can’t connect through the call centre number,” a government spokesperson said. He, however, added that more number of people were able to connect to the call centre on Wednesday and fixed appointment with mobile sahayaks.
